Monte Cool has spent 15 years as a California real estate attorney, specializing in complex real estate transactions, leasing, project finance, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, title issues and risk analysis.  Mr. Cool is now the Chief of Acquisitions for Coastal Community Builders, with over 1,500 homes and 500,000 square feet of commercial in process.  He is also an active principal in numerous successful real estate ventures, ranging from residential subdivisions to apartments and commercial centers.  Mr. Cool has over 25 years as a successful real estate investor.  He has a BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a JD from McGeorge School of Law.
